Welcome to JB Judo

For Fun, For Fitness, For Family

🎉 Fun

Every session is built around enjoyment and discovery - because kids learn best when they’re having fun. From games to teamwork, Judo builds smiles as well as skills.

💪 Fitness

Judo improves strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility.

It’s a full-body workout disguised as play - perfect for healthy development.

👨‍👩‍👧 Family

JB Judo is more than a club — it’s a community.

Parents, children, and coaches all train and grow together, building friendships on and off the mat.

Why Judo?

Judo isn’t just a martial art - it’s a lifelong lesson in confidence, respect, and resilience.

Our classes are designed to help every student grow stronger physically and mentally, while having fun on the mat.

What We Offer

From playful beginnings to advanced training, JB Judo has a class for every age and ability.

Judo Cubs

for ages 5-6

Building balance, confidence and fun.

Judo Cubs classes introduce young children to movement, coordination and respect through play-based Judo games.

Each session is active, friendly and full of smiles - the perfect first step onto the mat.

Judo Seniors

for ages 13+

Train hard, think smart, stay strong.

Our Judo Seniors programme combines advanced technique, conditioning and competitive practice in a welcoming environment.

Perfect for teens and adults who want to challenge themselves, stay fit and sharpen their Judo.

Judo Juniors

for ages 7-12

Develop skills, discipline and focus.

Judo Juniors sessions build technical ability, physical strength and teamwork in a positive, structured setting.

Children grow in confidence as they learn new throws, breakfalls, and life skills that carry far beyond the dojo.

OAP SAFE FALLING

for older adults

Stay active, stay confident, stay safe.

Our OAP Safe Falling classes are calm, supportive sessions that teach older adults how to move safely, improve balance and reduce the risk of injury from everyday slips or trips.

The focus is on gentle, low-impact movement and confidence - helping participants feel safer walking, gardening or getting out and about.
